Our Story
In May 2007 Pastor Malcolm Smith founder and executive director of Adult and Teen Challenge planted Everyday Church (formerly known as Grace Chapel) with a small team of faithful and passionate people.
It was initially an extension of Adult & Teen Challenge Western Australia.
Pastors Jacob and Mel were a part of the original team and served as the assistant pastors from 2008. In 2015, Everyday Church was released as an independent church with Pastors Jacob and Mel stepping into the the senior pastor role.
Pastors Jacob and Mel both have powerful testimonies of experiencing God's incredible grace having been through the Adult and Teen Challenge program themselves experiencing both salvation and freedom. They both have a heart to advance God’s Kingdom in our city and across the world with the message of Jesus Christ! They are both ordained ministers with the Australian Christian churches.
